How can I book an appointment?

You can book directly through our online system or contact us by phone/WhatsApp. Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service price. No-shows are charged 100%. Please respect the time reserved for you.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes! You can purchase digital or physical gift vouchers in the salon. They are valid for 12 months and can be used for any service or product.

What is your refund policy?

Services are non-refundable, but we want you to be happy. If anything feels wrong, contact us within 7 days so we can fix it. Products can be returned only if unopened and unused.

Do you have a quality guarantee?

Yes - we offer a 7-day quality guarantee for all services. If something chips, breaks, fades, or feels off, message us within 7 days and we will correct it free of charge.

Can I bring my child or a second person with me?

Yes, it’s possible - as long as your child or companion can stay calm and ensure a comfortable atmosphere for everyone in the salon. Please let us know in advance so we can make sure it works with the schedule and space.

How can I prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive with clean hands and nails free of oils or creams. For lash or brow services, avoid makeup around the eyes and stay waterproof mascara free for at least 24h before your appointment. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments, bank transfers, and cash. Gift vouchers are also accepted as payment.

What if I am late?

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service if it's possible. More than 15 minutes may result in cancellation and a late fee.

Do you offer allergy patch tests?

Clients are fully responsible for informing us about any allergies or sensitivities. If you are unsure, it is your responsibility to request a patch test before your treatment. We cannot be held liable for allergic reactions during or after the service.
